If you want to get ripped off & Bait & switched, she's the lawyer for you On 9/13/21 we had a conference call & she agreed for $1200 to complete my will package. Simple Will, HIPAA, Medical Power of Attorney, Guardianship, etc. I am familiar with all of these doc's because I did all of them myself for my husband. All of them are literally practically fill in the blank forms & nothing goes to the court, no disputes w other parties to deal with etc. Simple open & closed project. On 10/4/21 I received a lengthy contract with open ended ability to charge additional fees, and the bill was $2500, not the agreed $1200. I even took notes during the $250 video call, and repeated the agreed fee & what it covered 2 times so there is no way there could be any misunderstanding. I was unethically bait and switched and then sent an email they don't feel "comfortable" preparing "anything" on my behalf. I want my $250 back.
