Jillian Sandt represents CONSUMERS who are facing debt collection lawsuits in GEORGIA. She also files lawsuits against debt collectors in federal courts who violate the Fair Debt Collection Practices ACT (FDCPA) and Georgia Fair Business Practices Act. I am not a debt collector. In fact, I became an attorney because of a bad experience with a debt collector.
