- Prior to joining Ropes Gray in 2004, Jeff spent nine years at the former Beth Israel Hospital, now the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. At the BIDMC, Jeff worked in various divisions within the Human Resources Department, most recently in the Employee Benefits Department as their Manager of Retirement Plans. He has considerable experience in all facets of Employee Benefits.
