I am an attorney in Westport, WA, originally from Ohio. I graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Lansing, MI, after 10 years as a Professional Jazz Pianist/Arranger/Music Director in Indianapolis. Now on the beach community of Twin Harbors on the Pacific Ocean I have been giving advice to and servicing the needs of the beach community, as well as litigating various negligence, contract, and business disputes. I also handle Wills, Estate Plannings and Probates as well as Landlord-Tenant Law regarding evictions (I am a Landlords' attorney). Simply ask me and I will advise you accordingly.

I have, perhaps, litigated 80 landlord-tenant disputes on behalf of the landlords. I have successfully gained a settlement from an Indian Nation's carrier. I have gained a settlement from a carrier in an Intentional Tort situation.

Activities: Played professionally while in school; Church Choir Director last two years of undergrad, presented "farewell" concert with college peers for jazz services on Sunday morning. 23 broadway shows as either music director, pianist, or both from the pit, through 1996 around the mid-west. Many, many, many gigs with many, many, many great players.
