- Prior to attending law school, Jane was a research medicinal chemist in the pharmaceutical industry with experience in designing and synthesizing novel and small molecule drug candidates. During law school, Jane fulfilled an externship for Judge Jeremy Fogel in the Northern District of California. Since 2005, Jane has gained experience in complex patent litigation involving a wide range of industries. Jane also has experience in IP licensing and transactional work. Jane is a named inventor, holdingU.S. Patent No. 6,440,960.
