Did not have the experience for this case and came to court totally unprepared... Mr. Taylor was given lots of evidence, including key pieces of evidence that were not even submitted to the court. To be fair the original judge had done an investigation into the case, which was a probate concerning my 84 year old mother diagnosed with Alzheimer. Case was switched to a new judge that was not familiar with the case, threw out all previous court documents from evidence, refused to acknowledging the subjects Alzheimer diagnosis and showed enough bias that a complaint was filed. However with the evidence that we thought was submitted to the court, the case was not in doubt. Mr. Taylor appeared to be totally unprepared. Most of the evidence given to him for submission was not entered, he stood there looking clueless during his cross-exam. where even the other lawyer was shaking his head. He obviously had not reviewed the case since at the end a key piece of evidence came up, a new Will, the subject document in the lawsuit, that we had been asking him for since the beginning of the case, He appeared as though he had never seen it and was speechless. We did expressed to him the discrepancies in the signatures on several documents however he did not think it important at the time. A key piece of evidence submitted to Mr. Taylor was a check that plaintiffs were able to download before POA was switched allegedly written and signed by the subject to the plaintiffs attorney dated the same day as the Will that was signed by the hand of a relative because the subject was "unable" to sign the document without assistance "due to hand tremors". Mr. Taylor pretty much cut communication with us after the case was heard, even before the ruling. It was difficult to communicate since the trial was online from separate locations. He just seemed totally unprepared for this case and by the lack of evidence submitted had not been giving the time and care to this case that we paid for. I could never, with good conscience recommend him to anyone. To answer the questions listed: Did the lawyer provide satisfactory legal services? NO Was the lawyer knowledgeable about the law?
