For example, he was lead trial counsel in patent litigation involving numerous technologies including credit cards, orthopedic devices, infomercial products, intravenous fluids, DRAMs, fire training simulators, powder coating, and printing. During the past 15 years, he has been trial counsel in over 50 intellectual property cases and throughout his years of practice he has represented multiple clients in complex civil litigation with sums at risk in excess of $100 million.
