J. Christian Conrad
Best service, Best advice, Best results.
Mr. Conrad is passionate about assisting clients with family law issues that matter most. Admitted to practice in the state of California in 1995, he has literally seen it all. Mr. Conrad’s expertise in family law includes divorce, child support, property division, and parental rights, which makes him a strong and accomplished player in the field of Orange County family law, and one who is fully committed to treating each party with the utmost respect and discretion.
Mr. Conrad understands time is money; therefore, he is committed to protecting both for each of his valued clients. While distinguished legal counsel always comes at a price, Mr. Conrad truly preserves your resources, stretching the value and expertise his clients receive beyond expectations.
Your family comes first and so does Mr. Conrad’s. As an devoted father of two, Mr. Conrad has enjoyed coaching both Little League and AYSO and enjoys golf and other recreational sports in his “not-so-ample” spare time.
Each of Mr. Conrad’s past positions (Patient Advocate with the University Of San Diego/San Diego County, Office of Patient Advocacy; In-House Counsel with Transpac Technology Inc. in Irvine, California; and Associate with Wesierski & Zurek LLP) have fully connected and aligned his passions for family law and justice.

- Q. My husband filed for divorce and did not list our business. Can I report that in my response and ask for a buy out?
- A: Hello - I assume when you say "list", that you were served the preliminary declaration of disclosure along with the petition. If all you have received so far is the petition, then you are still to receive his initial disclosure documents which outline all of the things, including assets, debts, etc., that you're looking for. Additionally, you have the same requirement after you respond. You are going to get a chance to include all of the things you believe are missing when you complete your PDD and exchange it with him. Hope this helps!
