J. Robert McAllister, III concentrates his law practice in business, health care and tax-exempt organization matters. His business and health care practice has consisted of representation of health care providers and organizations, including health care practitioners, practitioner groups and entities, hospitals, continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs), and health care joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions. His practice has also consisted of representation of businesses and tax-exempt organizations, including representation of closely held and other businesses and business owners and employees, and providing business and tax planning advice for corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and sole proprietorships.
