In addition to his securities practice, John has defended corporate clients in a broad range of litigation matters, including antitrust, environmental, patent infringement and products liability litigation. John has successfully second-chaired a complex products liability jury trial on behalf of a large automobile manufacturer concerning its shield and insulation design. He has also represented clients in commercial arbitration disputes, and successfully defended a wrongful termination action brought by a former senior corporate officer. John has written several briefs before federal and state appellate courts, and argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
