- Activities: Mr. Trueheart is a member of the New York State Bar Association (past chair of the Commercial and Federal Litigation Section; past member of the Association’s House of Delegates). He is a member of the International Bar Association and the Litigation, Antitrust and Business Law Sections of the American Bar Association.
