Ian Boettcher
Ian Boettcher joined Cunningham Whalen & Gaspari in 2010 and currently concentrates his practice in the areas of insurance bad faith, personal injury, and wrongful death. Prior to joining the firm, Ian first practiced criminal law in South Florida as a Broward County Assistant Public Defender where he worked his way up to the Major Crimes Felony Division and gained invaluable experience in the courtroom as a trial attorney. Ian then successfully transitioned to civil law. As a civil trial attorney, Mr. Boettcher defended personal injury claims and achieved numerous successful results at trial for his clients. Now as a Plaintiff’s attorney, Ian uses his knowledge of defending insurance claims to obtain great results for his clients. Ian Boettcher is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
