Henri Marcial

Henri Marcial will ignore you. I hired Henri Marcial to open an estate for my deceased father who did not leave a will - September 10, 2020. I paid a $2500 retainer, I do have a copy of the agreement as well as the check sent. It is April 2023 and I am still in the same position. On a visit with Henri to the City of Phila in February 2023, his legal argument to the clerk was "No, we're not doing that". I paid $2500 to hear them repeat information we knew September 2020. I have emailed Mr. Marcial to no end attempting to garner a response. Nothing to date. Do not recommend.
