Do not Trust With a complete lack of understanding for the task that we were retaining her for she lied and misled us for 18 months. Her number one priority was only to see how much money she could get out of us as she kept going on about an outstanding invoice for a job she had not completed. She was not aware of the process involved in our case and had clearly not done the research that was required and is now in further correspondence trying to blame on us instead of owning her own mistakes.
