Yes

Greg is an advocate. He knows that he is retained to represent a party in an adversarial proceeding and he is there first and foremost to advocate for his client. In cases where I have hired him to run a focus group, his client is "resolution." When we work on APJI material, his client is the LAW.

Are you kidding? His book is known as the Bible on tort law in Alabama.

Legal Analysis: Excellent

He literally wrote the book on Alabama tort law. He serves on the APJI. Legal analysis is what we do.

He conducts focus groups nationwide. He has a keen ability to communicate an issue to potential jurors, and to get their feedback.

Do not try to get Greg to cheat a client, the court, a lawyer, a witness, an expert, someone you dearly despise - Greg won't do it.
