Gary Borger is a 1976 graduate of the Temple University School of Law (now the James Beasley School of Law at Temple University). After law school he clerked for the Hon. Paul A. Lowengrub, J.S.C. (now deceased) in what then was the Matrimonial Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Camden County.
For the past 45 years Mr. Borger has engaged in the private practice of law in Cherry Hill, New Jersey (presently as a shareholder with BorgerMatez, P.A.) as a divorce attorney, concentrating in negotiation, mediation, and litigation of divorce, custody and parenting time, child relocation, alimony, child support, domestic violence, division of marital property and debt, and all other aspects of the legal problems associated with separation and divorce, including drafting and negotiation of cohabitation, premarital, and marital and property settlement agreements.
Mr. Borger is a member of the Family Law Section of the American Bar Association; the family law committees of the Burlington, Camden and Gloucester County (NJ) Bar Associations; South Jersey Collaborative Divorce Professionals; the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals; and the New Jersey Association for Justice where he is a member of the Matrimonial Committee. Mr. Borger has also lectured to attorneys for the American Bar Association Family Law Section, the NJ Institute for Continuing Legal Education, the NJ Association for Justice, and for the Camden and Burlington County Bar Associations for continuing legal education seminars and for 15 years was a guest family law lecturer in family law at Temple Law School.
