Frederick Daley
Attorney Frederick J. Daley, Jr., is a founding member of the firm. He began representing disability benefits claimants in 1973. Since then, he has represented clients before the Social Security Administration, Appeals Council, various United States District Courts, and Circuit Courts of Appeals. He shares his expertise by speaking at continuing legal education seminars on Social Security disability law at the Chicago Bar Association and National Organization of Social Security Claimant's Representatives.
