Fan Zhang is a dual-licensed attorney admitted to practice in both California and the People’s Republic of China. She focuses her legal practice on international trade law, cross-border commercial disputes, and international arbitration.
With over a decade of business experience prior to entering full-time legal practice, Ms. Zhang offers clients a rare blend of commercial insight and legal expertise. Her solid foundation in both common law and civil law systems enables her to guide Chinese and international clients through complex legal and regulatory challenges with a commercially pragmatic approach.
