- Erin has represented both debtors and creditors in a variety of litigation and transactional matters. In 2003, Erin was a member of the team that acted as debtor's counsel to the telecommunications companyGenuity Inc. in the Southern District of New York. Also in 2003, Erin assisted in the representation of the Chapter 11 Debtor Cadkey Corporation, a developer of computer aided design mechanical engineering software, in the District of Massachusetts. In 2005, Erin assisted in the representation of Genzyme Corporation in connection with its $215 million acquisition out-of-bankruptcy of substantially all of the assets of Impath, Inc. and the representation of Boston Ventures and certain of its affiliates, as post-petition lenders, pre-petition secured lendersand/orequity investors, in the Chapter 11 cases of The Ground Round, Inc. and John Harvard's Brew Housein the District of Massachusetts. Erin has also had experience with other transaction and litigation matters, including asset based lending transactions, second-lien financings, preference and fraudulent transfer litigation.
