Member of the Québec bar since 2012 and of the New York bar since 2015, I have experience in civil and commercial litigation and class actions. In that regard, I represent investors in antitrust class actions as well as several securities class actions, notably in matters of insider trading and misrepresentations in financial documents. I have also completed the securities training offered by the Canadian Securities Institute.
Passionate about arts and music, I served on the board of directors of MTL Women in Music, a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing women’s equality and heritage in the musical arts. I am also actively involved in the Montreal chapter of the Armenian bar Association.
