Q. I cancelled a subscription through PayPal and the provider threatens me with fees
A: I would just ignore it. This is not to say they don't have a case at all. Perhaps there is some legal argument they can use (i.e. provision was in their terms and conditions). However, it seems that they will just demand it, but it does not mean you have to pay it back, especially if they don't take it to court.
Q. I just finished OVI court program 6 months ago and now on non reporting probation until dec of 2024.
A: Hi! This is a bit of a difficult question to answer because it all depends on the judge. First, depending on the court's docket, the decision on your motion can take weeks to months. Good job for continuing to go back to counseling and continuing your efforts to improve. However, it is difficult to say whether the judge will give you the privileges back in spite of your continued efforts. Your continued efforts will definitely help your case, but again, it is not certain whether the judge will grant any privileges back. Some attorneys are familiar with certain judges and a local attorney may help you understand which judges are more strict and which are more lenient.
