Knowledgeable, compassionate and tough I would highly recommend Eleana and her firm as personal injury attorneys. Eleana and her team are very knowledgeable about personal injury law. Eleana was able to explain all of the laws and my rights in a very approachable and clear fashion. I felt that Eleana and her team were always my advocate and looking out for my best interests. Eleana and her team kept me up to date and informed throughout the entire process. I know they all fought hard for me and my rights. We settled my case and I am very happy with the outcome. Whenever I had a decision to make Eleana was there to talk me through it and provide all possible options and outcomes but she always respected my decisions. Eleana was empathetic throughout the entire process and helped me navigate between the emotional and the law. I cannot recommend Eleana highly enough.

Caring and effective - couldn't have hoped for a better attorney I was rear-ended at high speed which led to a life-changing personal injury and a totaled vehicle. The responsible party's insurance company was refusing to pay my medical bills or my property damage. Not only did Eleni take my case, she negotiated a very fair settlement. Throughout my case, she made sure to listen to my concerns and kept me apprised of what was (or wasn't) happening. I cannot speak highly enough of her. God forbid, should I need an attorney in the future, Eleni will be my first call.

Q. I had carpal tunnel surgery on December 14 2021. Since then have had two issues with infections once was hospitalized
A: Generally speaking, infection cases are rarely successful because infections are a common risk and complication of any surgery. The law requires you to prove that the medical provider's negligence caused you an injury. Just because you had a bad result, does not mean that the doctor was negligent.

It is important for your medical records to be thoroughly reviewed to determine whether or not you have a meritorious case. Be sure to consult with an attorney who specializes in medical negligence cases. Ohio has a one (1) year statute of limitations for medical negligence cases. This means that you must settle your case or file a lawsuit in a court of competent jurisdiction on or before the expiration of the applicable statute of limitations. Failure to do so would bar your ability to recover. ... Read More
