Eileen Kelly

From a young age, Eileen Kelly knew that a career in law was her calling. She earned her Juris Doctor from Western Michigan Cooley Law School, graduating cum laude, and began her career in Wilmington, Delaware, with a personal injury firm after admission to the Delaware State Bar.
Since joining The Perecman Firm in 2019, Eileen has dedicated herself to helping individuals impacted by serious injuries. She focuses on personal injury law, including construction accidents, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and catastrophic injury cases. Known as a fierce advocate, she has secured multi-million-dollar settlements for her clients and built a reputation for meticulous preparation and passionate representation.
