I am a solo practitioner who represents accused individuals in Covington, Maple Valley, Kent, Seattle, Federal Way, Tacoma, Black Diamond, Renton, Ravensdale, Hobart, Bonney Lake, Lake Tapps, Gig Harbor, Eatonville, Buckley, and Enumclaw district and municipal courts. I also represent accused persons in and King and Pierce County Superior Courts. I am a one-on-one attorney who gives personal attention to my select few clients.   One half hour via phone unless more time is needed (in which case additional minutes are also complimentary). Follow-up face to face consultations are often necessary and are similarly free of charge due to the complexity of the legal matter involved.
• Contingent Fees
  Usually not as these fee agreements are appropriate for medical malpractice and automobile accidents which I generally do not handle.
• Rates, Retainers and Additional Information
  I usually charge a flat fee for most cases except for cases where my fees will be paid by the non-prevailing party. Charging by the hour is much too costly and therefore I believe generally unfair.
