- Activities: Mr. Duggan is a trustee of Suffolk University and is a former three-term president of the Suffolk University Law School Alumni Association. He is also a Trustee of Archbishop Williams High School. For more than 25 years, Mr. Duggan has been a leader and active participant in the Milton Massachusetts town, through both local and school activities, including coaching youth and high school basketball and serving on the high school Hall of Fame Committee.
