I am the Deputy City Attorney for the City of Carlsbad, NM. I have 33 years of previous legal experience in private practice in Southeast New Mexico. I primarily litigated a wide variety of cases while in private practice, including criminal cases, family law, and personal injury. I have served as a Guardian ad Litem representing children in foster care and as Domestic Violence Commissioner and Children's Court Special Master. I was an Assistant District Attorney for two years when I first graduated from Law School.
