I’m David Ventoso—trial lawyer, strategist, and relentless advocate for the injured. I’ve built a reputation on delivering results in the cases that matter most: high-stakes personal injury claims involving car crashes, slip and falls, motorcycle accidents, and wrongful death.

Before joining the Law Offices of Rosemarie Arnold, I sharpened my litigation instincts inside the courtroom—serving in two judicial clerkships across both family and criminal divisions. That experience taught me how judges think, how cases unfold, and how to control the tempo of litigation from the very first move.

I earned my J.D. from New York Law School, where I won first place in my intramural negotiation competition. I graduated from Rutgers University with a background in Sports Management, which helps explain why I treat litigation like a full-contact sport—with preparation, timing, and execution at the core of every win.
