- Activities: David is currently a member of the council of the ABA Section of Antitrust Law. He served as co-chair of the section’s Computer and Internet Committee from 2002 to 2005 and as the chair of the Internet Committee from 1999 to 2002. He also co-chaired the section’s 2007 Consumer Protection Conference. David was also a nonresident fellow at the Stanford University School of Law’s Center for Internet and Society form 2004-2007.
