Davidprovides regulatory, litigation and corporate counsel to national associations, public and non-profit hospitals and other health care providers. Prior to joining Ropes Gray,he practiced at a nationallaw firm where he provided regulatory advice to hospitals and federal advocacy on behalf of national associations and health care companies. During law school, David served as a policy intern with the Medicare Rights Center, a Medicare policy and advocacy organization. He was a semifinalist in the Marden Moot Court Competition and honored as the Advocate of the Year for the Unemployment Action Center at New York University.
