Yes

Although we've been on opposite sides, David has been professional and working with a eye to resolution in our cases and avoiding a drag out, expensive fight.

Legal Knowledge: Excellent

David takes the time to review the relevant laws and cases that apply to the cases we've had together. I've never had a need to "educate opposing counsel" when I work with him. I know he knows the area and I can rely on that to get the case done.

Legal Analysis: Excellent

I don't always agree with his analysis, but he is able to understand how the laws applied to the facts work in the cases we've worked on together.

Communication Skills: Excellent

David is good at following up on things and he is willing to do the "grunt work" of drafting an agreed order or a settlement agreement.

Ethics and Professionalism: Excellent

David is experienced in what needs to happen and ensures he doesn't get personally involved in the cases we've worked on. He stays the attorney in the case and does not take it personal when we disagree or when things are upsetting.
