buyer beware we gave mr benz a 2000 dollar retainer to help us recoup our losses after the village we live in encroached our property. the town placed a 4' wide 60' long wall entirely on our property without notice, without fair hearing, and property stakes clearly visible. mr benz never got us a court date and rarely returned calls. finally he just commenced to ignoring us completely.
