: Current; Mr. Cook was a partner at Shea Gardner prior to its combination with Goodwin Procter in 2004. Prior to that, he served as a law clerk on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit (1971-1972), and as an attorney at the U.S. Council on Environmental Quality (1972-1975), where he was a member of U.S. delegations to international maritime negotiations, including the United Nations Law of the Sea Conference.
