: Current; Activities: Mr. Broadbent served as the Chairman of the Real Property Section of the Utah State Bar, 1994-1995. He is a member of the Real Property, Corporate Counsel and Business Law sections of the Utah State Bar, and of the Business Law section of the American Bar Association. He has served as Chairman of the State of Utah Youth Parole Authority (member, 1995 to 1998). He also serves on the board of directors of Valley Mental Health, a non-profit corporation providing mental health services to residents of Salt Lake, Summit, Tooele and Davis Counties. Mr. Broadbent is listed in the "Utah Legal Elite" in Utah Business Magazine (2008).
