Biography
I have been practicing law since 1985, but my work in the personal injury field began in 1982, when I held law clerk positions at two of the top personal injury firms in the country. One of those firms specialized in insurance defense law, where I gained valuable insight into how insurance defense attorneys strategize, attack, and settle injury victim claims. The experience I gained on the defense side of litigated claims not only taught me how to anticipate and counter insurance defense tactics but also inspired my passion for fighting for the rights of innocent injured victims against the insurance industry.

- Q. Can other driver pursue a case after insurance, court fault decision? Vehicle collision.
- A: It appears that the court's reversal on the issue of legal liability was correctly decided in your favor. California Vehicle Code Section 21801(a) provides that oncoming traffic in a left-turn scenario has the right of way.
