I have referred clients to Danny on a number of cases in Eastern North Carolina. Danny has a unique ability to handle criminal amd civil cases Danny’. He’s is my go to lawyer when clients are in serious trouble in Eastern North Carolina. The same holds true when clients are seriously injured. Danny is widely respected throughout the State of NC as a trial lawyer. He is incredibly smart and very persuasive, whether he is dealing with a judge or a jury or an insurance adjuster.

When comes to continuing legal knowledge, Danny not only attends many of the finest seminars that are offered in North Carolina, but he is often called upon regularly to teach other NC lawyers on various legal topics.

When Danny worked in his prior firm, he was responsible for preparing all of the cases that were heading to trial. He essentially handed his partner a trial notebook with all of the issues that may arise during the course of the trial along with the legal analysis necessary to advance the client’s cause or defend against the opponent’s claims

As indicated previously, Danny reaches other lawyers on various legal issues that impact NC lawyers. Teaching is kind of like preaching. You ha e to be able to hold your audience and communicate in a way that will cause them to retain the information. Same goes for arguing a case before a jury. You must have a skill set and a presence to bring a jury to your side of the argument. Danny possess all of the necessary skills that make him an excellent trial lawyer.

I’m not aware of any ethical issues with Danny Glover. He tries his cases hard, but he tries them fairy within the bounds of the law amd he abides by The North Carolina General Rules of Practice amd the North Carolina Rules of Professional Conduct.
