Knowledgeable , Detail Driven, and Honest Lawyer I have nothing but good words to recommend Dan, I reached out to him a little over 3 years ago to explore my immigration options to change my status in the US, I was an L1 visa holder and since the employer refused to sponsor me, I went ahead and started looking for options elsewhere. After searching and sorting through multiple immigration lawyers I had the blessing of having an initial conversation with Daniel Hartzman, he went above and beyond in explaining all the options at my disposal, the one option through employment through national interest waiver was the route we took. EB2-NIW is not an easy process to go through, there is thorough scrutiny from immigration, multiple sets of evidence to provide them for review, recommendation letters from industry leaders, etc. Dan made this process smooth, by explaining what was happening at every step of the process, having what I consider good effective and timely communication, and requesting additional information when it was necessary. We also must consider that my change of status started about the COVID times, and even with all that going on he always went above and beyond in making sure my case was taken care of, and helping me achieve the objective that we set 3 years and 10 months ago. I can say now that I am a permanent resident of this amazing country, and it is thanks to God and Dan to make this possible. I definitely recommend him to anyone out there who needs immigration assistance.

Legal Answers
7 Questions Answered
Q. I'd like to consult on transferring my L1B visa to a new employer. What's the process, potential challenges, documents.
A: You would not be able to transfer an L-1B visa to a new employer. You would have to have your new employer file for a different type of work visa.
Q. Help with getting out of a agreement
A: It could depend on the language of the contract that you entered into with your attorney. I would suggest speaking with the attorney first, to see if you can come to some type of agreement on a refund or partial refund.
Q. Does ICE need a warrant to enter my business premises?
A: Whether ICE can enter your business, and what they can take depends on the exact situation. More information would be needed for an attorney to answer this question.
