It took him two months to forward my request for my retainer to their billing department and that’s after following up AGAIN asking for an update. Dan doesn’t seem to know where he is or what day it is and promises clients things he cannot follow through on. Don’t waste your time on someone who can’t even bother to put the correct name in his template before he sends it to you.
