Mr. Forney has a knack for seeing through to the crux of a problem and finding ways to solve an issue from many different angles. Consulting with him on a case always makes me a smarter lawyer and a better advocate. He finds procedural answers and jurisdictional answers when folks are focused on substance. He sees the nuance in the substance and the facts and knows the law like the back of his hand. I've learned a ton working with Mr. Forney.
