Beware Horrible Lawyer
This lawyer did absolutely nothing in my real estate transaction. He hardly ever communicated with me, never showed me any documents he was working on, didn’t resolve the repairs issue in the property I was purchasing . Never followed up to make sure
they were completed, never showed up at closing and never called me to say he wasn’t coming. I had to set up my own closing he never called any of the parties to set it up. Mr. Weis didn’t put money in escrow to pay for repairs in case they weren’t completed. Now I’m on the hook to pay for the repairs because they were not completed! Didn’t schedule a 2nd walk through nothing! He did nothing but take my money! Do Not Hire This Lawyer he is unprofessional and incompetent!! The worst I have ever seen! Very obnoxious Acts like your bothering him if you call which he never answers and calls back days later!
