Christopher Jackson Fox

Chris J. Fox hails from Johnson City, Tennessee, where he was born and raised. He pursued higher education at East Tennessee State University (ETSU), earning a Bachelor of Arts degree and distinguishing himself by landing on the Dean’s List for multiple semesters. Following his undergraduate success, Chris enrolled at Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. There, he immersed himself in campus life, joining the Sports and Entertainment Society and stepping up as the Student Body Association Representative in his second year. In 2014, he graduated with his Juris Doctorate, passed the Georgia Bar Exam, and was officially sworn in as an attorney in Georgia.

Chris kicked off his legal career in criminal defense, quickly making a name for himself by winning Motion Hearings and securing “Not Guilty” verdicts at trial. After years of thriving in the courtroom day in and day out, he shifted gears to personal injury law. True to form, Chris hit the ground running, consistently delivering Plaintiff Verdicts and Awards in personal injury cases. His tenacity, intellect, and skill earned him statewide recognition in Georgia as a dedicated and formidable personal injury attorney. But after years of working for various firms, Chris, alongside his wife, Melody, decided to forge their own path. In early 2023, they launched Fox Injury Law.
