- Christopher has experience in the drafting and prosecution of U.S. and foreign patent applications and advising clients with regard to numerous aspects of the management of their patent portfolios. He has also assisted the preparation of legal opinions regarding patent validity, infringement and freedom-to-operate, provided due diligence opinions related to intellectual property, and has drafted and reviewed license agreements. Christopher supervised research related to wireless communications network security as a project manager at Verizon and GTE Laboratories. He was also the principal inventor, developer, and project manager of a Mobile IP cryptographic key distribution procedure currently used by Verizon Wireless in its next-generation high speed data service. He further served in the U.S. Navy Submarine Force as a nuclear reactor operator. Christopher was formerly an associate at a law firm specializing in intellectual property law. He is the inventor of U.S. Patent 6,487,403 and co-inventor of U.S. Patent 6,611,913. He is also a co-inventor for two additional pending U.S. Patent applications. Christopher is a Certified Information Security Systems Professional (CISSP).
