Christopher has represented Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley and other investment banks in connection with initial public offerings and follow-on offerings of technology companies, including particularly health care IT companies. Christopher has been counsel to numerous software, medical device and other technology companies from incorporation through venture funding and final exit, including advising clients regarding mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property issues, IT outsourcing arrangements, joint ventures and other matters. Current technology company clients include Lumera Corporation, G2 Microsystems, Mashery, WirelessInk and other Web 2.0 and software companies. He has also represented Cutlass Capital, 3i Group PLC and North Bridge Venture Partners on various investments.
