Charles R. Kassouf

My law practice is centered on the intersection of finance and law. I have worked in financial publishing, credit analysis, investment banking and consulting. I have structured and sold multi-billion dollar financings, and have helped people recover less than one hundred dollars.

In my corporate law practice, I advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, partner buy outs, private security offerings, and other corporate actions. My business law practice involves providing legal services regarding the day-to-day operations and regulations of my clients' businesses. I typically assist with business formation and transformation, drafting contracts, regulatory compliance, and corporate compliance. This may include share holder agreements, operating agreements, independent contractor agreements, and state and federal corporate filings.

My estate law practice encompasses both estate planning and estate administration. I help my clients plan for their future by implementing their estate plan. I draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney and advance medical directives based on my clients' wishes. I also help my clients to celebrate the past by assisting them with the administration of a loved one's estate. My estate law practice also involves more complex issues such as non-judicial settlement agreements, trust reformations, and, if necessary, prosecuting or defending will contests.
