I have extensive experience with residential and commercial real estate transactions and regulatory matters, including development. zoning, permitting and land use and condominiums. My more than 30 years of experience provide the foundation for my knowledgeable, calm practical approach to creating and closing transactions seamlessly.

I and my associates are seasoned litigators in our focused areas of practice.
