This gentleman was assigned to my case as a public defender. Unfortunately, he did not do a very good job facilitating information of my case to help me make an informed decision on how to plea. He convinced me to plead no contest without giving me the fact of the case. Later to find out through the evidence in my discovery that I should’ve pleaded not guilty.
