The BEST family law attorney Brian was the first and only attorney I had a consultation with. By the end of the consult I knew he was the attorney for me. I spent almost an hour on the phone with him explaining the situation with my child custody concerns and getting his advice on the best way to proceed. Child Support Case I hired Brian Andrade to help with our case regarding Child Support payments. My child's mother was almost $40,000 past due on her support and this had drug on for years and years until I found Mr. Andrade. He was very responsive and was able to recover the entire money due for my sons support. He was even able to recover the attorney fees. Now having gone through a custody legal dispute for years I can say that its not always going to go as perfectly as this situation did regardless of which attorney you hire. But having an attorney that is responsive, considerate of your circumstance, sincerely and actively working on your behalf means everything. Brian Andrade most definitely was all of these things. Child Custody I hired Brian originally because after talking to a few lawyers his fees were very reasonable compared to some of the other lawyers. The case was going to be a simple uncontested change of custodial parent from the child's mother to my custody. Everything went smoothly and the court order was obtained. This is where I was very impressed by Brian's firm. The Texas AG office started reporting me as late in my payments to credit agencies, kept charging me child support payments, threatened to take away my professional license to work and would not return the overpayments I had made for child support even though I had a court order stating I was the custodial parent. I made multiple calls to the AG office and sat on hold for hours trying to get this issue straightened out, with no luck. I called Jonathan at Brian's office and they got all the issues with the Texas AG offices resolved. They did this at no charge to me, even though I know they spent a significant amount of time dealing with the AG office. I highly recommend Brian and his associates. View More

Highly Recommend! Brian was recommended to me when I needed an attorney to file an emergency motion with the court to stop my husband from moving assets into an undisclosed account, and file for divorce. He agreed, accepted a retainer within my budget, filed the motion, had the order served to my now ex-spouse in another state within a matter of days and just in time to stop further nefarious activity. This was an extremely contentious divorce that caused a lot of pain, panic and heartache for me over a long period of time. I was a difficult client, needing lots of attention, which I know was very frustrating and time consuming. But he worked hard to fight for me in an almost impossible situation against someone who had no problem breaking the law for financial gain. And he did so while also working with my budget as best he could. In the end, I couldn’t have walked out in a better situation than I did. Everything I had worked my entire life to acquire was on the line, and it was the scariest, most hurtful thing I have ever been through, losing 30lbs in three months. Brian was able to negotiate a settlement against a con man where I walked away virtually unscathed. I have no idea how he was able to do it. I suspect it was a combination of skill, talent, tenacity, aggression (when necessary), wit, ethics and maybe a little divine intervention.
