Brett L. Goldblatt is an experienced personal injury attorney and business litigator. He concentrates his practice in the areas of car, truck, and motorcycle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and a variety of business litigation matters, including breach of contract cases, non-competes, and real estate matters.
Over the years, Mr. Goldblatt has recovered millions of dollars for his clients and achieved great success in the courtroom. He is a diligent and committed advocate, who works tirelessly for his clients to obtain the best possible outcome.
Prior to founding Goldblatt Law, Mr. Goldblatt worked for a well-known personal injury firm in Boca Raton and a prestigious business litigation firm in West Palm Beach.
Mr. Goldblatt graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law and earned his undergraduate degree from Cornell University. He is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern District of Florida and Middle District of Florida. Mr. Goldblatt has been honored and recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers from 2017 through 2020.
