He also served as a Lead Division Attorney, where he filed DUI charges and prosecuted violations of probation and DUI repeat offenders. He has argued hundreds of evidentiary hearings and over 37 jury trials involving both misdemeanor and felony charges.
While working as a prosecutor, Brandon developed strong relationships within the local legal community, including law enforcement officers and County and Circuit Court judges. His tempered aggression earned the respect of both colleagues and adversaries.
