: Current; Activities: Mr. Scheler is a member of the American Bar Association and its Business Bankruptcy Committee, Business Law Section; the New York State Bar Association; and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy and a member of the Advisory Board for the K&A Restructuring Register.

: Current; Activities: Mr. Scheler is a member of the Board of Trustees of Lehigh University. As an alumnus of Lehigh University, Mr. Scheler participates actively in a number of Lehigh University-related endeavors, including the Lehigh University Leadership Council; the Lehigh University Linderman Library Project Advisory Committee; the Lehigh University Wall Street Council; and the Board of Advisors for Lehigh University's College of Business and Economics. As part of Lehigh University's Career Advisor Network, Mr. Scheler regularly hosts externship programs for Lehigh University undergraduates interested in the practice of law.

: Current; Activities: Mr. Scheler is also the Chair of the Board of Directors of inMotion - Justice for All Women. Mr. Scheler has previously served on the boards of directors of other charitable and not-for-profit organizations, including Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, American Friends of Sheba Medical Center at Tel Hashomer and the Village of Larchmont Library Board. He has also been involved in a number of fundraising activities on behalf of American Friends of Sheba Medical Center at Tel Hashomer, Lehigh University, inMotion - Justice for All Women, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Larchmont Library, Larchmont Manor Park, the UJA Federation, Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts and others.
