Hire At You're Own Risk Our experience with Blake Lynch at Wagner & Lynch raises significant concerns—particularly in terms of his record-keeping and the handling of client retainers. We paid Blake Lynch $4,500 after having to secure a personal loan that we are still paying on, only for him to claim 2 years later he was not paid and withdrew from a very important guardianship case. How do you just lose $2,500.00? In conclusion, our experience with Mr. Lynch was very, very disappointing, to say the least. Whether it was negligence, poor record-keeping, or something more, I would advise others to proceed with extreme caution when considering his services. The representation or lack thereof was unprofessional, Mr. Lynch refused to file anything that was requested, even allowed child support payments to continue to be directed to an individual who did NOT even have physical custody, we were forced to represent ourselves in this matter when we had an attorneyretained for this issue. Blake Lynch is currently under investigation by the Oklahoma Bar Association through a OBA grievance complaint we filed against him.
